Memoria Nova helps you create and schedule physical postcards mailed in the United States. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for accurate addresses and lawful content on your postcards.
You retain rights to photos and messages you submit. You grant us permission to reproduce them as needed to print and mail your order. Do not submit unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.
Prices and Memoria credits are shown at checkout. Approved orders move to production according to our scheduling and edit-lock rules. Refund and cancellation policies for edge cases are handled case-by-case— contact us via Help with your order ID.
We may update features and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
